The Road is a dynamic spiritual community and fellowship year for young adults who are committed to justice and compassion and want to collaborate with others for the healing of God’s world.

The Road equips fellows with skills of servant leadership and effective social change and with practices of prayer and discernment for spiritual growth. The Road is an adventure of heart, mind, and spirit for inquiring and passionate young men and women ready for challenging work.

The Road partners with amazing non-profits and ministries walking alongside and advocating for vulnerable people living on the margins, and organizing around issues of justice.  Road Fellows gain valuable experience and skills while engaging compassionate and courageous work and service. What is the work that captivates your heart and serves the healing of others and communities?

The Road highly values life in community and in the neighborhood. We believe we become our best selves in companionship and in community with one another. The Road equips Fellows to for the creative work of building community in diverse settings and contexts.

The Road fellowship year provides time, space, and guidance for spiritual discernment, reflection, and contemplative practices.  Transformative spiritual practices empower Road Fellows and The Road community for service and leadership rooted in love, joy, and deep wisdom.
